1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Funtrek Global Solutions. By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Funtrek Global and its clients regarding the procurement of high-end amusement technology, arcade machines, and VR simulators. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Quotation Validity & Pricing

Due to the volatility of international shipping, raw material costs, and manufacturing schedules, all quotations provided by Funtrek Global are valid for a strictly limited period (typically 7–15 days). We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates or manufacturer price adjustments. An RFQ submission does not constitute a price freeze or an order acceptance.

3. Product Representations & Customization

The product images, videos, and descriptions displayed on this website are for general reference only. As we deal in MNC-level custom Interactive Games and arcade hardware, the actual designs, colors, or technical specifications may vary slightly in the final build. Any custom order requests may incur additional charges and require extended lead times beyond our standard 45-70 days delivery timeline.

4. Zero Online Payment Policy

Funtrek Global prioritizes financial security. We do not collect any payments through this website. Payment details, including bank accounts or UPI VPAs, are finalized only after a price confirmation is reached through our sales team. We follow a strict 65-35-5 payment structure, and no advance or deposit should be paid to any individual without a formal Funtrek quotation.

5. Order Confirmation & Execution

The submission of an RFQ does not bind Funtrek Global to fulfill an order. An order is officially confirmed only when:

• The customer provides written approval of the final quotation.
• Product availability and factory production slots are verified.
• The 65% advance payment is cleared in our official account.
• Funtrek Global issues a formal written order confirmation.

6. Delivery, Installation & Third-Party Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on product type, manufacturing stock, and the client's geographical location. While we assist in Technical Installation, Funtrek Global is not liable for delays caused by sea-freight companies, port congestion, customs inspections, or other external logistical factors. Use of third-party transport is at the customer's risk once the goods leave our central hub.

7. Limitation of Liability

Funtrek Global Solutions and its proprietor, Sukhdeo Gupta, shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss or injury caused by incorrect usage or improper maintenance of the equipment.
• Business losses, downtime, or anticipated profits resulting from delivery delays.
• Damage caused by electrical surges or improper site preparation at the customer’s location.
• Third-party delivery delays or natural calamities (Force Majeure).

8. Cancellation & Termination

RFQ submissions can be retracted at any time before quotation approval. However, once the customer confirms the order and manufacturing/processing begins, cancellation is subject to our Cancellation Policy, where the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Funtrek Global shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal/Sikkim (as per the billing branch).
