1. Strict Non-Refundable Commitment
The Refund and Return Policy of Funtrek Global Solutions is structured around the unique nature of the high-end amusement industry. Once a payment is secured for any Amusement Equipment, VR Simulator, or custom arcade unit, the transaction is considered final.

๐ Cancelled orders will NOT receive any refund under any circumstances.
Why is this policy so strict? As a premier gaming machine importer, most of our products are "Special-Order" or "Made-to-Order" commercial-grade units. When you confirm an order with Funtrek Global, we immediately initiate international procurement or specialized manufacturing. Since these processes involve significant upfront capital and logistical commitment, they cannot be reversed or cancelled once started.
2. RFQ Model: Pay Only for Confirmation
To ensure our clients have absolute clarity before spending, we operate on an RFQ (Request for Quote) basis. Browsing our catalog and submitting an RFQ involves zero financial commitment. Payment is only required after the customer has thoroughly reviewed and approved our official quotation. By making the Advance Payment, the customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Refund and Return Policy terms.
๐ GST Invoice & Billing Transparency
We strictly follow Government of India GST Regulations. Please note the following regarding your final bill:
- Quotation prices are estimated and may exclude final GST figures.
- Official GST Invoices are generated only after complete delivery and installation.
- For partial shipments, GST bills will be raised only for the items delivered to the customer site.
๐ซ Situations Where No Refund is Provided
Funtrek Global does not entertain refund requests for "Change of Mind" or operational errors by the buyer. No refund will be initiated if:
- Customer changes their mind or business plan after payment.
- Wrong product selection or incorrect technical configuration by the customer.
- Delays in installation or delivery caused by the customerโs site unreadiness.
- Provision of incorrect delivery or billing details.
- Cancellation requests during the international transit or local dispatch phase.
3. Transit Damage & Manufacturing Defects
While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to your machine's uptime. In the event that a product reaches you with transit damage or a manufacturing defect, our Refund and Return Policy ensures protection through repair or replacement:
Reporting Window: Any issue must be officially reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Reports made after this window will be treated under standard Warranty Terms.
Resolution: Our technical team will inspect the issue. Depending on the severity, we will provide expert repair or a part replacement. Refunds will not be issued for damaged goods; we only provide functional restoration.
4. Custom, Imported & Special Orders
Any equipment that is custom-built, specially imported from international hubs (like China or Europe), or modified for a specific project is 100% Non-Refundable from the exact moment of payment. These units are built to your specific business requirements and cannot be resold or restocked.
