Official Payment Policy of Funtrek Global Solutions: Secure Financial Terms for Commercial Amusement Equipment Orders Worldwide.
1. RFQ Model – Transparency First
Our Payment Policy is built on a "Quote-to-Order" model. To maintain premium service, Funtrek Global does not support direct online checkout. We believe in personalized consultations to ensure you get the right Amusement Technology for your business. Customers must first submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), and payments are only accepted after formal quotation approval and order confirmation from our sales team.
2. Structured Payment Framework
To facilitate international manufacturing and secure logistics, all Commercial Gaming Equipment follows a mandatory three-step payment structure:
Advance (Order Confirmation)
Required to initiate manufacturing or custom production. This amount is non-refundable as production begins immediately.
Pre-Shipment Clearance
Paid once products are ready at the port. This is mandatory for the shipment to be released from China to India.
Final Handover
Paid after delivery and successful Installation Support is completed at your location.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We prioritize financial security. All transactions must be made through official banking channels as per RBI Guidelines. Accepted modes include:
- Bank Transfers: NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS.
- Digital Payments: UPI Transfers to official company VPA.
- Corporate Account: Details are shared exclusively via official quotations.
*Note: We do not accept cash payments above the statutory RBI limits or direct card payments through the website for security reasons.*
🛡️ Payment Security & Verification
Customers are strictly advised to verify bank details before any transfer. Funtrek Global is not responsible for funds transferred to unauthorized or incorrect accounts. We ensure a secure billing process with GST-compliant invoices, which are finalized upon complete delivery and testing.
4. Non-Refundable Terms & Delays
Once manufacturing or international procurement begins, the 65% and 35% installments become strictly non-refundable. Delays in clearing installments may lead to:
- Holding of shipments at international ports.
- Additional demurrage, storage, or inspection fees.
- Rescheduling of our professional installation team.
