1. Understanding Our Cancellation Framework
The Cancellation Policy of Funtrek Global Solutions is established to maintain the integrity of our international supply chain. As a premier gaming machine importer, our operations involve complex coordination with global manufacturers, sea-freight logistics, and custom-clearance agencies. Because our Amusement Equipment is often high-value, commercial-grade hardware, our cancellation terms are more stringent than standard retail businesses.
Once a client moves beyond the RFQ (Request for Quote) stage and confirms an order through payment, the procurement cycle is activated globally. This Cancellation Policy ensures that both Funtrek Global and our clients understand the financial commitments involved in such high-ROI investments.
๐จ Strict Non-Cancellable Status
Once an order is confirmed via the 65% Advance Payment, it enters our "Active Production" phase. At this point:
- No Cancellation: The order cannot be retracted or cancelled.
- No Refund: Any funds paid towards the order are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Reason: Funtrek Global commits capital immediately to sourcing materials, booking factory slots in China, and securing international shipping space. These costs are irreversible.
2. Why Custom Orders Cannot Be Reversed
A significant portion of our catalogโincluding custom VR Simulators, Soft Play areas, and bespoke Arcade Shooting Gamesโis "Made-to-Order." These units are built to specific client requirements, voltage standards, and aesthetic themes. According to international trade practices followed by World Trade Organization standards, custom-manufactured goods carry a higher level of buyer commitment. Therefore, once manufacturing starts, we cannot accept any withdrawal or change in the order structure.
3. Situations That Do Not Qualify for Cancellation
Our Cancellation Policy clearly defines that "Change of Mind" or "Site Unreadiness" are not valid grounds for order termination. We do not provide cancellations or refunds if:
- The customer experiences a delay in setting up their physical gaming zone or park.
- The customer decides to pivot their business model after the production has started.
- Incorrect technical specifications were provided by the customer during the RFQ Approval stage.
- Financial constraints on the customerโs side prevent the clearance of the 35% Pre-shipment Payment.
4. Logistics, Delays & Order Holding
If a customer is unable to receive the goods due to unforeseen circumstances, Funtrek Global will work as a logistics partner to hold the shipment. However, this does not qualify as a cancellation. Additional storage fees, port demurrage, or rescheduling charges may apply. We follow the strict 65-35-5 payment structure, and failure to clear any installment will result in the order being "Paused" rather than "Cancelled," with no refund of previous deposits.
5. Damaged Goods & Functional Restoration
In the event that a product is damaged during transit, our Refund and Return Policy takes precedence. We do not cancel orders due to transit damage. Instead, we provide expert technical repair or part replacement to restore the machine to its 100% operational state. Our goal is to ensure your Interactive Gaming Experience is delivered as promised.
6. Legal Compliance & Billing
All cancellations (if ever applicable under extreme legal force majeure) are subject to a heavy "Restocking & Administrative Fee." GST invoices are generated as per CBIC Guidelines only after delivery, and any partial fulfillment will be billed accordingly. Funtrek Global Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order from our side if the customer fails to comply with the Payment Policy milestones, in which case all previous deposits will be forfeited.
