SHIPPING POLICY – FUNTREK GLOBAL

At Funtrek Global, we ensure safe handling, packing, and global shipment of amusement rides, arcade machines, inflatables, and entertainment equipment.
This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, procedures, payment structure, and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing & Lead Time
Once the customer approves the quotation and makes the advance payment:
Products are processed for manufacturing, sourcing, or procurement
Lead time depends on product category
Custom or imported equipment may require additional time
Our sales team will update you regularly about your order status.
2. Payment Structure for All Orders
A) 65% Advance Payment (Order Confirmation)
Customer must pay 65% of the total order value to confirm the order.
Order processing begins only after this payment is received.
This amount is non-refundable as materials and production start immediately.
B) 35% Payment (Before Shipment From China)
Once the product is fully ready for dispatch, customer must pay 35%.
This payment is made before the goods leave China port.
Shipment will be released only after the 35% clearance.
Note: Without the remaining 35%, goods cannot be shipped to India.
C) Final 5% Payment (After Installation)
After the goods reach India, are delivered to the customer, and installation is completed,
customer must clear the remaining 5% final balance.This ensures proper installation, testing, and handover.
3. Shipping Method & Transit
We ship products using:
Sea cargo (via China → India ports)
Air cargo (on customer request)
Domestic transport for India delivery
Transit time varies depending on port congestion, customs clearance, and logistics availability.
4. Customs & Duties
Customs clearance in India may involve duties or taxes.
Customer is responsible for government duties, customs charges, inspection fees, if any.
We assist with required documentation for smooth clearance.
5. Delivery Timeline
Approximate delivery flow:
Manufacturing/Procurement: 8–12 weeks
China Port Dispatch: After 35% payment
Sea Freight to India: 20–35 days
Customs Clearance: 3–7 days
Domestic Transport to Customer: 3–10 days
Installation: 1–5 days (depending on product)
These are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6. Installation & Handover
Our team or third-party technicians will install the equipment.
After installation and testing, the customer must clear the final 5% payment.
Once all payments are cleared, product warranty & support will be fully activated.
7. Damage During Shipping
All shipments are professionally packed.
If any damage occurs during transit, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist with repair or replacement as per warranty terms.
Refund is not provided for damaged goods (repair/replacement only).
8. Delays & Responsibility
Funtrek Global is not responsible for delays caused by:
Port congestion
Customs checks
Strikes
Natural calamities
Shipping line delays
Third-party transport issues
We will keep the customer updated during the entire process.
