1. RFQ System Only – No Direct Orders

  • Our website does not support direct online ordering or online payments.

  • Customers can only submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to receive pricing and product details.

  • Final pricing and order confirmation will be provided through WhatsApp, email, or phone by our sales team.

2. Quotation Validity

  • All quotations provided are valid for a limited time (usually 7–15 days, depending on product).

  • Prices may change due to availability, raw material cost, transportation, or manufacturer changes.

3. Product Information

  • Product images and descriptions on our website are for general reference.

  • Actual designs, colours, or specifications may vary slightly.

  • Custom orders may require additional time and charges.

4. No Payment on Website

  • We do not collect online payments through the website.

  • Payment details are finalized only after price confirmation through our sales team.

  • No advance or deposit is taken through the website.

5. Order Confirmation Process

An RFQ does not mean an order is accepted.
An order is confirmed only when:

  1. Customer approves the quotation

  2. Availability is checked

  3. Advance/payment terms are agreed

  4. Funtrek Global gives written confirmation

6. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timeline depends on product type, stock, and location.

  • Installation (if applicable) may have additional charges.

  • Delivery delays caused by transport companies or external factors are not our responsibility.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty varies by product category.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Damages caused by misuse, wrong installation, or wear-and-tear are not covered.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • RFQ submissions can be cancelled anytime before quotation approval.

  • Once the customer confirms the order and production/processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Liability Limitation

Funtrek Global is not liable for:

  • Loss caused by incorrect usage of equipment

  • Business loss or downtime

  • Third-party delivery delays

  • External damage caused during transport

Use of equipment is entirely at the customer’s discretion.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate contact details

  • Correct product selection

  • Location and delivery information

  • Understanding of installation requirements
