How Our Quote Process Works
Step 1: Submit your quote request
Customer fills the RFQ form or adds products to the Quote List and sends a price request.
Step 2: Our team verifies product availability
We check stock, custom options, manufacturing time, and confirm availability with our suppliers.
Step 3: We send you price, catalogue & lead time
A detailed quotation is provided with pricing, shipping estimate, timeline, warranty, and product catalogue.
Step 4: Once confirmed → 65% advance
Production or procurement begins only after receiving the 65% advance payment.
Step 5: 35% before shipment leaves China
When the order is ready for dispatch, the customer clears the 35% payment so the shipment can be released from the China port.
Step 6: Delivery + installation
The products arrive in India, clear customs, and are delivered to your location. Our team completes on-site installation.
Step 7: Final 5% payment and GST invoice
After installation & testing, the remaining 5% payment is cleared. Then the final GST tax invoice is issued.
