REFUND POLICY – FUNTREK GLOBAL

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. No Refund After Payment
Once the payment is made for any amusement equipment, arcade machine, inflatable, or custom product:
👉 The amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
👉 Cancelled orders will NOT receive refunds.
Reason:
Most products are special-order, commercial-grade equipment, which we arrange or manufacture specifically for your request. Once production or procurement starts, it cannot be reversed.
2. RFQ (Request for Quote) Orders
Submitting a Request for Quote does not require payment.
Payment is required only after the customer approves the quotation and confirms the order.
3. GST Invoice / Final Bill
Full GST invoice will be provided ONLY after the complete order is received by the customer.
Important points:
Quotation may show estimated pricing without GST.
Official GST bill is generated after delivery is completed.
For partial shipments, GST bill will be issued for the delivered items only.
4. No Refund for Wrong Selection / Change of Mind
Refund will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Customer changes their mind after payment
Wrong product selection by customer
Customer delays installation or delivery
Customer provides incorrect delivery details
Customer requests cancellation during production or dispatch
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged during transportation or has manufacturing defects:
Customer must report within 48 hours of receiving goods
Our team will inspect and provide repair / replacement, depending on the issue
Refund will NOT be given, only repair or replacement as per warranty terms
6. Custom or Special Orders
All custom-built, imported, or made-to-order equipment is:
100% NON-REFUNDABLE
from the moment payment is made.
