PAYMENT POLICY – FUNTREK GLOBAL

This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for orders placed with Funtrek Global through our RFQ (Request for Quote) system.
By confirming an order or making any payment, you agree to the following terms.
1. RFQ (Request for Quote) – No Online Payment
Our website does not support online checkout or online payments.
Customers must first submit an RFQ (Request for Quote).
Payments are made only after quotation approval and confirmation from our team.
2. Payment Structure (Mandatory for All Orders)
All commercial amusement equipment follows a three-step payment structure:
A) 65% Advance Payment (Order Confirmation)
Customer must pay 65% of the total order value to confirm the order.
Manufacturing, procurement or custom production starts only after this payment.
This amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE because production begins immediately.
B) 35% Payment (Before Shipment From China)
Once the product is fully ready for dispatch,
customer must pay the next 35% before shipment is released.Shipment from China port will NOT be initiated until this payment is cleared.
Without this 35%, goods cannot be shipped to India.
C) Final 5% Payment (After Delivery & Installation)
After the goods reach India, are delivered to customer location, and installation is completed:
customer must clear the remaining 5% balance.Handover, testing, and warranty activation happens only after the final clearance.
3. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following modes:
Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
UPI Transfer
Company Bank Account (shared in quotation)
No Cash payments above RBI limit
No card payments on website
Note: We do not take payment through our website.
4. GST Invoice & Billing
Final GST invoice is generated only after complete delivery & installation.
Quotation may include estimated pricing before GST.
GST is applied as per current government rules.
For partial shipments, GST invoice will be raised for delivered items only.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are NON-REFUNDABLE under any condition:
65% Advance payment
35% Pre-shipment payment
Custom order amount
Imported product charges
Special manufacturing request payments
Once production or procurement begins, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Delay in Payment
Delays in payment may result in:
Holding shipment
Delayed delivery
Additional storage/port fees
Rescheduling installation
Order cancellation (without refund)
7. Payment Security
All payments must be made only to the official Funtrek Global account.
We do not store card, UPI, or bank details.
Customers must verify bank details before transferring money.
Funtrek Global is not responsible for payments made to wrong or unauthorized accounts.
8. Late Fee or Extra Charges
Extra charges may apply in case of:
Port storage delay
Inspection delays
Customs related expenses
Demurrage charges
Re-delivery
Additional installation requirement
These charges depend on the logistics situation.
